Delete your account inside the app
The fastest way to remove your Voltearn account is from the app settings.
- Open the Voltearn app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your stored profile data, reward balances, and activity records are removed. This action cannot be reversed.
Can’t access the app?
If you cannot log in or no longer have access to the device, you can request deletion by email.
Send the request from the email address linked to your Voltearn account when possible. This helps us verify ownership before deletion.
What to include in your request
- your registered email address
- your display name, if available
- a short note confirming you want the account permanently deleted
What gets deleted
- stored profile data
- reward balances
- activity records associated with the account
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
