Users must not:

4. Volts Reward System

Volts are virtual in-app rewards.

Volts may be earned through:

• mini-games
• tasks
• streak rewards
• referrals
• promotions
• approved app activities

Volts:

• have no cash value
• are not currency
• are not bank deposits
• are not financial instruments

unless explicitly stated otherwise by Voltearn.

Voltearn may modify reward rates at any time.

5. Energy System

Certain activities may require energy.

Energy:

• may regenerate over time
• may be awarded through promotions
• may be spent on gameplay features

Energy balances may change due to feature updates.

6. Reward Redemption Policy

Redemptions are subject to:

• anti-fraud checks
• minimum redemption thresholds
• regional availability
• reward inventory availability

Voltearn may delay, reject, or cancel redemption requests when suspicious activity is detected.

Submission of a redemption request does not guarantee approval.

7. Referrals Program

Referral rewards are granted only for genuine users.

• fake accounts
• automated signups
• referral manipulation

Fraudulent referrals may result in:

• reward reversal
• suspension
• permanent account termination

8. Fair Use Policy

Users must not:

• use bots
• use automation software
• exploit bugs
• reverse engineer the app
• modify application behavior
• manipulate advertisements
• manipulate rewards
• abuse referral systems
• use unauthorized VPN/proxy methods
• interfere with platform functionality

Violations may result in:

• reward removal
• temporary suspension
• permanent termination

9. Advertisements

Voltearn may display advertisements from providers such as Google AdMob.

Rewards for advertisements are granted only after valid completion verification.

Voltearn is not responsible for unavailable ads, advertiser issues, or ad provider outages.

10. Mini-Games and Activities

Voltearn may include games such as VoltBounce, VoltLinks, and Dot10. Scores, rewards, and progression may change as gameplay balancing updates occur. Voltearn may reset, modify, or discontinue game content at any time.

11. Push Notifications

Voltearn may send notifications regarding rewards, streak reminders, account activity, promotions, important updates, and security notices. Users may disable notifications through device settings.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Voltearn may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, security concerns, or manipulation attempts.

Upon termination, rewards may be removed, access may be revoked, and pending requests may be cancelled.

13. Service Availability

Voltearn services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party dependencies may affect availability.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights remain the property of Voltearn. Protected content includes branding, logos, graphics, game mechanics, source code, website content, reward systems, and UI designs. Users may not reproduce or distribute protected content without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

Voltearn is provided on an "as-is" basis. Voltearn shall not be liable for reward losses, delays, outages, third-party failures, indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond legal obligations.

16. User Content

If users submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or content, Voltearn may use such submissions to improve services without compensation. Users retain ownership of lawful content they create.

17. Privacy

Use of Voltearn is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Users agree to the Privacy Policy by using the platform.

18. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion through app settings or the website deletion form. Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Certain records may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security obligations.

Users who cannot access the app can submit a request through the account deletion page.

19. Changes to Terms

Voltearn may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
