3. Authentication
We use Firebase Authentication to manage account sign-in and security. Passwords are never stored by Voltearn. Authentication is handled using secure tokens. We may also support Google Sign-In and other authentication providers.
4. Rewards System
We store rewards-related data to operate the Voltearn rewards system. This includes Volts, Energy, referrals, redemptions, and reward history to ensure accurate balances and eligibility for rewards.
5. Advertisements
We use Google AdMob to display ads in the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, country-level location, and ad interaction information. Voltearn does not control third-party advertising data practices.
6. Push Notifications
Voltearn may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or similar notification services to deliver app notifications. These services may process device tokens required for message delivery. Examples of notifications include reward updates, streak reminders, account updates, security alerts, and feature announcements. You can disable notifications anytime in your device settings.
7. Analytics & Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, monitor performance, and detect errors. This helps us improve stability, fix issues, and enhance the user experience.
8. Fraud Prevention & Security
We use automated systems and monitoring to detect abuse, referral fraud, reward abuse, and other security risks. Accounts may be restricted or suspended if abuse is detected.

15. Children's Privacy
Voltearn is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries where Voltearn or its service providers operate. These locations may have different data protection laws than your country.
17. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services, including Firebase, Google AdMob, and Supabase. Their privacy policies govern how they handle your data when their services are used.
18. Reward Disclaimer
Volts are virtual in-app rewards used within the Voltearn ecosystem. Volts do not represent cash, bank deposits, electronic money, or any financial instrument unless explicitly stated by Voltearn.
