If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the application.
2. Rewards Disclaimer
Voltearn provides users with virtual coins through activities such as:
- watching ads
- completing tasks
- playing games
- participating in promotions
Virtual coins do not represent real currency.
Reward availability, redemption options, and eligibility may change at any time without notice.
Voltearn does not guarantee reward availability for all users.
3. Redemption Policy
Users may redeem coins for supported rewards only when eligible.
Eligibility depends on:
- minimum withdrawal limits
- account verification status
- fraud checks
- reward availability in region
- system integrity validation
Voltearn reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel redemption requests if suspicious activity is detected.
4. Fair Usage Policy 🚫
To maintain a fair rewards environment, the following activities are prohibited:
- creating multiple accounts for unfair advantage
- using automation tools, scripts, or bots
- modifying or reverse-engineering the app
- manipulating ads or reward systems
- exploiting bugs or technical loopholes
- using VPN/proxy services to bypass restrictions
Violation may result in reward removal or account suspension.
5. Account Access and Security 🔐
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Voltearn is not responsible for:
- unauthorized access caused by user negligence
- lost credentials
- device misuse
Suspicious activity may trigger temporary account restrictions.
6. Advertisements and Partner Services 📺
Voltearn displays rewarded advertisements from third-party providers such as:
- Google AdMob
Ad providers may collect limited technical information required to deliver ads.
Voltearn does not control third-party advertising policies.
Rewards from ads are granted only after valid completion verification.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
Voltearn may suspend or terminate accounts if users:
- violate these Terms
- abuse the rewards system
- attempt fraudulent activity
- interfere with app functionality
If an account is terminated, accumulated coins may be removed.
8. Service Availability ⚙️
Voltearn services may change, pause, or stop at any time due to:
- maintenance
- technical issues
- policy updates
- partner availability changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Intellectual Property
All app content including:
- logos
- UI elements
- branding
- game structures
- reward systems
belongs to Voltearn and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Voltearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Voltearn is not responsible for:
- loss of rewards
- redemption delays
- service interruptions
- third-party provider failures
- technical errors beyond reasonable control
11. Account Deletion 🧾
Users may delete their accounts anytime using the Delete Account option inside the app.
Deleting an account removes:
- stored profile data
- reward balances
- activity records
This action cannot be reversed. Users who cannot access the app can submit a request through the account deletion page.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of Voltearn after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
